Ritchie Bros. Financial Services (RBFS) is a subset of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, which helps customers finance their purchases by pairing them with trusted lenders.

Objective

To improve new user acquisition by creating an intuitive application form on the website, rewiring the company landing page, and making the internal processing of applications more efficient.

Role

I served as the lead interaction designer for this project, and worked with the agile team and internal stakeholders to meet all requirements.
